Classic factor
(no cure, no pay)
Flexible contract where you can get a HERO whenever needed, but without any guarantee. A set factor above the hourly gross wage. The invoice will be payed based on the worked hours. Great for flexible shifts !
Factor between 1.75 and 2.00
For exampel; if a base salary is 10 euros, an hour the hourly rate would be between 17.50 and 20 euros
Budget plan
Based on your monthly budget on a certain task, we get the job done. We will guarantee to have your tasks done whether it will be done individually, or with a team The budget will be fixed for at least 3 months and payed monthly.
Great for tasks which could be done in teams!

Monthly schedule plan
Based on a monthly schedule, we will put a hero in every shift needed. The schedule will be made beforehand and sent back to you. The invoice will be made based on that schedule. We guarantee that every shift will be fulfilled.
